Coral runner beans

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Runner beans
  • 50 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • ½ small Onion
  • Dry chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut the beans. Slice the the onion finely.
  2. In a pot cook the onion with extra virgin olive oil, until golden.
  3. Add the runner beans, salt and add a bit of pepper and cook for about 10 minutes (Add water if necessary).
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and chilli at taste (not too hot), cook for about 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
