Method
- Wash and cut the beans. Slice the the onion finely.
- In a pot cook the onion with extra virgin olive oil, until golden.
- Add the runner beans, salt and add a bit of pepper and cook for about 10 minutes (Add water if necessary).
- Add the chopped tomatoes and chilli at taste (not too hot), cook for about 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
